How to request deletion of your AM24 account

If you want your AM24 account deleted, email us from the same email address linked to your account.
Request method
- Send an email to support@am24.in.
- Use the subject line: Delete my AM24 account.
- Include your AM24 email address and username in the message.
What we delete
- Your AM24 account profile and sign-in record, where applicable.
- Your profile information stored for app use.
- Your uploaded profile media and user-generated media that is tied to your account, subject to technical and legal limitations.
- Your push notification tokens and account-linked preferences, where applicable.
What may be retained for a limited time
- Backup copies and server logs for a limited retention period.
- Information required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or dispute handling.
- Content that has been shared with others where immediate removal is not technically possible, until related cleanup completes.
Processing time
We aim to review and process verified deletion requests within 7 business days.
